16 – 18 October 2025, The Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria

The Forum Création Africa was created based on the idea that cultural and creative industries (CCIs) are one of the main drivers of modern society. It provides a unique platform for dialogue and experimentation, where the stories and economic models of tomorrow emerge.

Following the success of its first edition held in Paris in 2023 (323 African guests, 35 African countries, 80 French companies), Création Africa returns with renewed ambition : to become the leading forum dedicated to the cultural and creative industries of the African continent and its diasporas.

Launched by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture, curated by MansA- Maison des Mondes Africains (House of African Worlds), with the support of key partners such as the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), Business France, Bpifrance, and the Institut français, the Forum Création Africa has already positioned itself as a unique platform for cooperation and forward-thinking dialogue between Africa and Europe.

From immersive media (XR, video games, AR, innovation in fashion) and transmedia publishing (webtoons) to audiovisual creation (TV series, VFX, sound design and animation), Forum Création Africa focuses on those high-potential sectors that redefine storytelling and reshape consumption habits in a rapidly evolving creative economy.

Building on the momentum of its inaugural edition, the second edition of the Forum Création Africa will go further by strengthening creative ecosystems, stimulating coproductions, fostering knowledge-sharing, and amplifying the visibility and professional growth of emerging African talents.

For creators, the Forum is a space for outreach and recognition. For producers and investors, it opens up new opportunities for coproduction and economic development. For institutions and operators, it is a laboratory for discussions and collective action on future challenges. It is a living manifesto powered by a connected, ambitious, and influential generation. It also acts as an accelerator for economic transformation, connecting high-potential creative sectors with investors, institutions, and global markets.

From 16 to 18 October 2025, the Forum Création Africa will organize three days — two for professionals and one open to the general public — to strengthen creative ecosystems, stimulate collaboration and amplify the voice of emerging African talents. More than an event, it is a catalyst, a place where innovation, synergy and inspiration meet to release the imagination of Africa into the global cultural and creative industries.
